With regard to club rides, if its forecast steady rain, heavy rain or just plain crap weather, the ride MAY be cancelled as the safety of our members comes first. If its forecast the odd light or clearing showers, then we will most likey proceed with the ride. At all times, the  choice is yours as to wether you attend or not, there is no pressure to attend EVERY ride or event. If you wish to be notified of any cancellation, you can email us your mobile number & we in turn will text you in the event of a cancellation. Or, you can phone Jake 0439859359.

WAIVER

 I acknowledge that  I am assuming risks by joining & riding with Easyriders SMC Adelaide & agree to indemnify, not to sue & release from liability Easy Riders SMC & their respective agents, volunteers, members, sponsors, promoters & affiliates (collectively “Releasees”), & that I am giving up substantial legal rights. This Waiver & Release is a contract with legal & binding consequences. I have read it carefully  & I understand what it means & what I am agreeing to.

I acknowledge that motorcycle riding is an inherently dangerous sport/activity & fully realize the dangers of participating in a group ride & I fully assume the risks associated with such participation including dangers of collision with vehicles, other riders, fixed or moving objects, the dangers arising from surface hazards, pot holes, equipment failure, inadequate safety equipment, the Releasees own negligence, the negligence of others & weather conditions, & the possibility of serious physical &/or mental trauma or injury or death associated with group/pack motorcycle riding. For myself, my heirs, executors, administrators. Legal representatives, assignees & successors in interest (collectively “Successors”), I hereby waive, release, discharge & hold harmless, & promise to indemnify & not to sue the Releasees from any & all rights & claims arising from any of the above-referenced hazards &/or risks that may be associated with my participation in any event or group ride with Easyriders SMC.
